Atlanta Electricals IPO Description –Incorporated in 1996, Atlanta Electricals is a leading transformer manufacturing company in India, specializing in power, auto, inverter duty, furnace, generator, and special duty transformers. With over three decades of industry presence. The company has built a strong market reputation for quality, innovation, and reliability, with a workforce of 301 professionals.

As of 30 September 2024, the company maintained an order book of INR 1,283.32 crore, with 73.39% contributed by government and public sector undertakings and 26.61% by private players. Its customer base of 208 spans 19 states and 3 union territories, including marquee clients such as Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation, Adani Green Energy, TATA Power, and SMS India.

The company has delivered more than 4,000 transformers aggregating to 78,000 MVA across national grids, renewable energy projects, and private utilities. Its three operational manufacturing facilities—two in Anand, Gujarat, and one in Bengaluru, Karnataka—with a combined installed capacity of 16,740 MVA. An upcoming state-of-the-art facility at Vadod, Gujarat, will further enhance capacity by 30,540 MVA, bringing the total installed capacity to 47,280 MVA.
