BLT Logistics IPO description – BLT Logistics specializes in surface transportation of goods using containerized trucks and offers warehousing services to various industries and businesses. Its logistics operations are supported by a fleet of containerized trucks, which are either owned by its subsidiary, Sabarmati Express India, or leased from third-party operators, such as small fleet owners and agents.
As of 31 March 2024, BLT Logistics operates a fleet of 90 vehicles with capacities ranging from 3.5 MT to 18 MT, in addition to 15 vehicles from its subsidiary, Sabarmati Express, each with a capacity of 9 MT. The company primarily serves B2B customers requiring bulk transportation services across India. It provides transportation services to industries such as FMCG, textile, and consumer durables. In addition to transportation, it offers related services, including packing and moving, as well as the transportation of project cargo. Recently, the company has expanded its offerings to include end-to-end warehousing solutions.
BLT Logistics operates three warehouses located in Gurugram, Haryana; Thane, Maharashtra; and Dasanapura Hobli, Bengaluru, with storage capacities of 14,000, 5,000, and 3,000 square feet, respectively. As of 31 March 2024, the company employs a total of 37 staff members.
