C K K Retail Mart operates through two primary distribution models: a Three-Tier Distribution Model involving super-stockists and distributors, and a Direct-to-Distributor Model. The Three-Tier Model contributes the majority of revenues—over 90% in recent periods—offering advantages such as upfront cash inflows, reduced credit risk, and lower working capital intensity, albeit at the cost of lower per-unit realisations. The Direct-to-Distributor Model, while currently a smaller contributor, allows for closer market access and potentially higher margins. Additionally, the company has entered the quick commerce segment by onboarding platforms such as Zepto and Blinkit, enhancing digital reach and last-mile delivery capabilities. As of 31 December 2025, the company had 36 employees.
