Ellenbarrie Industrial IPO Description – Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases holds the position of India’s largest 100% Indian-owned industrial gas company regarding installed manufacturing capacity as of March 2024, as well as revenues and profitability in FY 2024. They manufacture and supply a variety of industrial gases, including oxygen, carbon dioxide, acetylene, nitrogen, helium, hydrogen, argon, and nitrous oxide. Additionally, they provide dry ice, synthetic air, fire-fighting gases, medical oxygen, liquid petroleum gas, welding mixtures, and specialty gases for various end-use industries such as steel, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and defense.

Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases (EIGL) supplies products to the Indian armed forces, including Indian Air Force bases in East, South, and West India, Eastern Naval Command bases, and multiple government-owned laboratories. They also supply products to multiple railway workshops and railway hospitals across East and South India. In FY 2024, the company’s diversified customer base included 1,836 customers. Ellenbarrie’s client base includes Vizag Steel, Dr Reddy’s, Jupiter Wagons, AIIMS, Hindustan Shipyard, Indian Armed Forces, and West Bengal Power Development Corporation.

Ellenbarrie operates one of the largest oxygen plants in India, with a capacity of 1,250 tonnes per day as of 31 March 2024. The company has manufacturing units in West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
