Highness Microelectronics IPO Description – Incorporated in 2007, Highness Microelectronics is engaged in the design, development, integration, assembly, and manufacture of digital imaging solutions. The company operates under two primary business segments — Off-the-Shelf Products and Market-Specific Solutions/Projects. Its diverse product portfolio includes TFT and LCD modules, display controller boards, electroluminescent and vacuum fluorescent displays, touch screens, display enhancement solutions, cable assemblies, and backlight drivers & inverters. The company also offers specialized Display-Enhancement Solutions for ruggedizing commercial off-the-shelf displays with advanced features such as high-brightness backlighting, EMI shielding, NVIS compatibility, optical bonding, and anti-reflective protection.
In FY 2025, domestic revenue contributed 69.35%, while exports accounted for 30.65% — a significant rise from previous years. Karnataka (29.99%), Maharashtra (25.16%), and New Delhi (2.97%) were the top contributing states. Industry-wise, Industrial Automation accounted for 79.01% of revenue, followed by Medical & Healthcare (17.57%), Transportation (2.99%), and Surveillance & Defence (0.43%). As of 31 December 2025, the company has a staff of 42.
