Kanishk Aluminium IPO Description –Incorporated in 2018, Kanishk Aluminium specializes in manufacturing a diverse range of aluminium extrusion products, including solid and hollow section profiles, solar profiles, railings, heatsinks, and sliding/fixed window and door profiles. Its products cater to multiple industries such as automotive, electronics, solar, furniture, mechanical, transport, electrical, and architecture. In November 2024, the company launched its premium brand Baari by Kanishk, focusing on aluminium system doors and windows, including sliding, casement, slide-and-fold, lift-and-slide doors, and fixed panels

Kanishk Aluminium has entered into exclusive fabricator agreements across key states like Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, and West Bengal. Its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, spread over 4,000 sq. meters in Jodhpur.

Operationally, the company has an installed capacity of 4,200 MT, achieving 44.74% utilization (annualised) as of 31 January 2025. Its revenue mix is diversified across verticals, with Architectural (44.38%), Construction (28.88%), Renewable Energy (9.99%), and Windows & Door Solutions (6.98%) contributing significantly in FY 2025 (till January). As of November 30, 2025, its have the total of 46 Employees.
