The company is supported by 226 faculty members and a structured mentoring framework, indicating institutional depth. Lakshya’s digital reach further strengthens its distribution, with over 2,08,000 YouTube subscribers and ~1,88,000 combined followers across Instagram and Facebook. With a 3.26% market share and aggressive campus expansion plans, the company is positioning itself as a scalable, tech-enabled player in India’s formalising coaching industry. As of 31 August 2025, the company has 684 employees and 181 third-party faculty whom they engage on a contract basis.
