Pranik Logistics IPO description – Pranik Logistics is a pan India logistics provider, acting as a carrying and forwarding agent and providing integrated services including transportation, warehousing, material handling, and freight forwarding to customers belonging to various industries such as Automotive, Engineering, Construction, Customer durables, Retail, Textile.
The company manages a fleet of commercial vehicles, comprising more than 80 vehicles that it owns, and other vehicles are managed through leasing on a trip-to-trip basis. It operates 30 warehouses located in PAN India with a strong presence in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Gujarat.
As of 31 March 2024, Pranik Logistics has employed around 490 people on payroll.
