Nice size fo filling out details
Make a very clear copy
Only wish they had not cut the corner and didn’t uncles a flap to write in or a piece of cardboard to prevent making false copies below. Found my own but this used to be a standard feature for this type of book.

These are great for keeping inventory of your rent receipts and such. Here in Canada Ontario you can’t use these unless you are a landlord cause you will be taxed the ever loving heck
