Transrail Lighting IPO Description – Transrail Lighting is a leading Indian engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company, primarily focused on the power transmission and distribution sector. It boasts integrated manufacturing facilities for lattice structures, conductors, and monopoles. With a track record spanning four decades, the company has been providing comprehensive turnkey solutions worldwide and is a trusted partner in the power transmission and distribution industry. In the fiscal year ending 31 March 2023, Transrail Lighting achieved the highest revenue growth among its peers, with an impressive 35.1% increase in revenue from operations.

Transrail Lighting has a global footprint in 58 countries, including Bangladesh, Kenya, Tanzania, Niger, Nigeria, Mali, Cameroon, Finland, Poland, and Nicaragua, among others, handling turnkey EPC and supply projects. As of 30 September 2023, the company has executed EPC projects for 33,500 circuit kilometers (CKM) of transmission lines and 30,000 CKM of distribution lines, domestically and internationally. Transrail Lighting also provides EPC services for substations up to 765 kilovolts (kV). The company is active across all power transmission and distribution segments, with a strong focus on high voltage (HV) and extra high voltage (EHV) sectors.

In addition to its core power transmission and distribution business, Transrail Lighting operates in other business verticals, including civil construction, poles and lighting, and railways. As of 30 September 2023, Transrail Lighting employed 1,575 personnel.
