Ventive Hospitality IPO Description – Ventive Hospitality is a hospitality asset owner specializing in luxury properties across business and leisure segments. Its assets are managed by or franchised through renowned global operators, including Marriott, Hilton, Minor, and Atmosphere. The company’s luxury portfolio includes JW Marriott, Pune; The Ritz-Carlton, Pune; Conrad, Maldives; Anantara, Maldives; and Raaya by Atmosphere, Maldives.
As of 31 March 2024, Ventive Hospitality’s portfolio includes 11 operational hospitality assets in India and the Maldives, comprising a total of 2,036 keys across the luxury, upper upscale, and upscale segments. The operating portfolio consists of seven assets with 1,331 keys developed by the company and four assets with 705 keys acquired by it. Since 2019, the company has expanded its portfolio by adding 1,070 keys, accounting for over 50% of the total keys in the portfolio as of 31 March 2024.
