At the outset, the company focused on trading sugar, cashews, pulses, and various other commodities. Their processing facility is strategically situated within the Gujarat Agro Infrastructure Mega Food Park, near the town of Mota Miya Mangrol in Surat.

Aelea Commodities specializes in the comprehensive processing and trading of cashews, serving both B2B and B2C markets with a commitment to high-quality products. Additionally, Aelea Commodities operates a subsidiary, Supreme Commodities DMCC, based in Dubai. The company imports Raw Cashew Nuts (RCN) from various African countries, including Benin and Tanzania. Aelea Commodities supplies its products both domestically and globally. In India, the majority of its customers are located in Rajasthan, Karnataka, Gujarat, and Mumbai. Internationally, most of its customers are based in Dubai and Sri Lanka.

As of 31 December 2023, the company has a total of 48 permanent employees across various departments.
