Devson Catalyst IPO Description – Devson Catalyst is an specialty chemicals manufacturer engaged in producing catalysts, adsorbents, and ceramic balls used in critical industrial processes across oil & gas, petrochemicals, steel, and fertilizer industries. The company has a manufacturing facility in Gujarat with an installed production capacity of 6,205 MT per annum.
The company’s product portfolio includes hydrotreating catalysts, sulphur guard catalysts, activated alumina, molecular sieves, ceramic balls, and ceramic tower packings. These products help improve process efficiency, remove impurities from gases and liquids, enhance operational reliability, and support industrial sustainability. Manufacturing contributes over 93% of total revenue, reflecting a largely integrated production model. Devson Catalyst serves institutional and industrial customers under a pure B2B model and exports products to more than 15 countries, including the US, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Turkey, and South Africa. As of 31 January 2026, the company has 51 permanent employees.
