Hexagon Nutrition IPO Description – Hexagon Nutrition is a research-driven, fully integrated nutrition player operating across the entire value chain—from product development and formulation to manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing. Established in 1993 as a micronutrient formulations business, it has evolved into a holistic nutrition platform spanning preventive wellness, clinical nutrition, food fortification, and therapeutic products.
Hexagon’s are structured across three core segments. The B2C segment includes branded wellness and clinical products such as PENTASURE, OBESIGO, PEDIAGOLD, and the recently launched NUTRONE. The B2B2C segment focuses on customized vitamin and mineral premixes supplied to leading Indian and multinational FMCG companies for food fortification. The ESG segment comprises Ready-to-Use Foods (RUFs) and Micronutrient Powders (MNPs), supplied under global health and UN-led nutrition programs to address malnutrition.
In FY25, revenue stood at INR 324.9 crore, growing from INR 278.5 crore in FY23. Premix formulations contributed 47.6% of revenue, branded nutrition 28.3%, and therapeutic nutrition 24.0%. Export sales accounted for over 61% of total revenue, with products shipped to 75+ countries across Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Latin America.
The company operates three manufacturing facilities in India and one in Uzbekistan, with SEZ-based units providing logistical and cost advantages. Supported by certifications such as FSSC 22000, GMP, ISO 9001:2015, and Halal, and backed by in-house R&D capabilities, it maintains strong quality control and regulatory compliance across domestic and international markets. As of 31 July 2025, the company has 482 employees.
