Harikanta Overseas IPO Description – Incorporated in 2018, Harikanta Overseas is engaged in the manufacturing of synthetic textile fabrics, with a diverse product portfolio comprising Ikat fabrics, polyester garment fabrics, saree fabrics, dhupion fabrics, poly linen, and natural fiber fabrics. With a primary focus on women’s wear, the company supplies fabrics for sarees, dress materials, kurtas, and also caters to men’s ethnic wear. Harikanta Overseas operates a manufacturing facility spread across 953.93 sq. meters in Surat, Gujarat, supported by modern rapier looms and other textile machinery, including equipment transferred from associated entities in September 2024.
Export sales accounted for INR 15.56 crore (45.07%), with key international markets including Cambodia, Thailand, and Bahrain. Domestic sales contributed INR 18.96 lakhs (54.93%), with Gujarat being the largest regional market. Major product-wise revenue in Fiscal 2025 included Ikat fabrics (INR 25.36 crore; 73.47%), Dhupion fabrics (INR 4.97 crore; 14.38%), and other newly introduced fabrics. As of 31 August 2025, the company has a total workforce of 42 permanent employees.
