Shakti Polytarp IPO Description – Shakti Polytarp is a leading manufacturer of tarpaulin and allied products, including shade nets, HDPE/PP tapes, woven fabrics, master batches, and reprocessed plastic granules. Its flagship brand Dinotarp, caters to diverse industries such as agriculture, construction, transportation, automotive, and consumer goods. The manufacturing facility, strategically located at Plot No. 45-48, Industrial Area IIDC Nimrani, District Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, spans 18,432 sq. meters and operates on leased land for 30 years. As of April 2025, the installed production capacity stands at 6,900 MTPA, with plans to expand to 12,900 MTPA through IPO proceeds and bank funding.
The company manufactures tarpaulins ranging from 70 GSM to 450 GSM, including specialized six-layer and eight-layer variants. Its portfolio includes geotextiles, lumber wraps, house wraps, pond liners, and green nets. The company maintains strong customer relationships, with its top 10 clients contributing 65.63% of revenues in FY 2025 (up to October). On the supply side, raw material procurement is concentrated, with the top 10 suppliers accounting for 96.34% of purchases during the same period.
As of 31 January 2025, the company has a total workforce of 76 employees on its payroll.
