Oswal Cables IPO Description –Oswal Cables is an integrated manufacturer of high-voltage conductivity products with a voltage capability of up to 765 kV, catering to critical energy infrastructure segments including power transmission and distribution, renewable energy evacuation, railways, and industrial applications. Backed by over five decades of operating history and three generations of promoter experience, the company has emerged among the top ten cable and conductor manufacturers in India by turnover. Its diversified product portfolio spans standard and advanced conductors, aerial bunched cables, low-voltage energy cables, railway signalling cables, service drop cables and concentric cables, with manufacturing capability ranging from 1.5 sq. mm to 1,000 sq. mm and strand counts between 7 and 127.
Manufacturing operations are supported by two strategically located facilities in Jaipur (Rajasthan) and Medak (Telangana) with an aggregate capacity of 28,200 KMPA for cables and 23,000 MTPA for conductors.
Exports accounted for 34–54% of revenues over the last three fiscals, with presence across 28 countries spanning five continents, while domestic sales covered 22 states and union territories. The company’s products comply with global standards such as ASTM, IEC, BIS and DIN, with multiple approvals from agencies including RDSO, CPRI and UL. Complementing its core manufacturing strength, the company has invested early in renewable energy, operating 9 MW of wind and solar assets, reinforcing its long-term sustainability focus and alignment with India’s expanding renewable energy ecosystem. As of 15 September 2025, its had an employee base of 126 employees and 344 contract labour.
