Renewable energy and EV charging solutions provider Servotech Renewable Power System delivered a strong performance in Q4 FY26. This growth is driven by strong demand in solar solutions, EV chargers, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Servotech Q4 FY26 results reported a sharp YoY growth in revenue and profitability.

Standalone Performance

Servotech posted a sharp improvement in its standalone financials during Q4 FY26:

  • Revenue from operations surged 66.6% YoY to INR 211.2 crore, compared to INR 126.7 crore in Q4 FY25.
  • EBITDA increased 70.2% YoY to INR 23.2 crore from INR 13.6 crore.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 49.5% YoY to INR 11.7 crore.
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT) climbed 41.7% YoY to INR 14.9 crore.
  • Gross profit grew 58.2% YoY to INR 42.2 crore.

Consolidated Performance

On a consolidated basis, the company also reported strong growth:

  • Revenue rose 48.5% YoY to INR 219 crore.
  • EBITDA jumped 80.9% YoY to INR 24.2 crore.
  • PAT increased 35.9% YoY to INR 10.5 crore.
  • Gross profit surged 72.2% YoY to INR 47.9 crore.

The consolidated EBITDA growth outpaced revenue growth, indicating stronger cost efficiencies and improved profitability across business segments.

Management Commentary

Commenting on the performance, Raman Bhatia, Managing Director, Servotech Renewable Power System Limited, said,

FY26 was a defining year for Servotech, the growth is driven by stronger manufacturing capabilities, improved product mix, and disciplined cost management. The company expanded capacities in solar inverters, EV chargers, and battery solutions to tap rising demand in renewable energy and clean mobility.
He added that Servotech’s H2 FY26 performance remained particularly strong, with revenue rising 34% YoY and EBITDA margin touching a record 12%. The company now enters FY27 with improved operational strength, better growth visibility, and a continued focus on higher-margin businesses.
