Purple Style IPO Description – Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop (“PPUS”) operates in the premium and luxury fashion segment with a strong focus on wedding and occasion wear. As of 31 March 2025, the platform offered a curated portfolio from 1,312 active designer brands, including established names such as Seema Gujral, Anushree Reddy, Amit Aggarwal, and Rohit Gandhi & Rahul Khanna. Its product mix spans womenswear, menswear, jewellery, accessories and kidswear, positioning PPUS as a comprehensive destination for luxury Indian fashion.
Purple Style is among the largest and fastest-growing multi-brand luxury omni-channel fashion platforms in India by revenue in FY 2024, according to the 1Lattice Report. The company serves a diversified customer base across India and key international markets through an integrated omni-channel model comprising Experience Centres, its proprietary website and mobile application, telephonic and digital sales channels, as well as curated events and exhibitions.
The current business was acquired in February 2018 through the purchase of the Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop website and related intellectual property and assets. At the time of acquisition, the platform was primarily online-only. Since then, management has executed a deliberate expansion into physical retail, transforming PPUS into a full omni-channel player. The company opened its first flagship Experience Centre in Juhu, Mumbai, in 2018 and has since scaled its physical footprint to 14 Experience Centres globally, including 13 locations in India and one in London, UK. In addition, PPUS is in the process of opening new Experience Centres on Linking Road, Mumbai and in New York, USA, reinforcing its strategy to deepen presence in key luxury consumption hubs domestically and internationally. As of 31 March 2025, it has 1,058 permanent employees.
