Yashhtej Industries IPO Description – Incorporated in 2018, Yashhtej Industries is a diversified business entity primarily engaged in the manufacturing and processing of soybean crude oil and its by-product, Soybean De-Oiled Cake (DOC), through solvent extraction. The company’s operations are focused on B2B sales, supplying soybean crude oil to refiners for edible oil production, while DOC is primarily used in the animal feed industry. It offers two types of DOC: Regular DOC with 44%-48% protein content and High Protein DOC with 49%-54% protein content.

Yashhtej Industries has also entered the renewable energy segment, with a 5 MW solar photovoltaic power project under the PM-KUSUM (Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyaan) scheme, currently in the construction phase and expected to generate revenue from FY 2026-27, serving a B2G customer base.

Its geographical footprint includes major sales in Maharashtra (83.18%), Telangana (12.45%), Andhra Pradesh (2.70%), Karnataka (1.10%), and Gujarat (0.27%). Over the last three fiscal years, the company has scaled from trading soybeans to full-fledged manufacturing and is now strategically expanding into edible oil refining and solar power generation. As of 31 March 2025, the company employed 85 permanent employees.
