Q Line Biotech IPO Description – Q-Line Biotech is a diagnostics and in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) company engaged in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of reagents, consumables, and diagnostic equipment for hospitals, laboratories, and medical colleges. The company operates across key diagnostic segments, including Clinical Chemistry, Haematology, Immunodiagnostics, Molecular Diagnostics, and Point-of-Care (POC) devices. Its product portfolio includes reagent kits, diagnostic analysers, Covid-19 testing kits, and pathology equipment.
The company follows a research-driven business model supported by in-house R&D capabilities and international technical collaborations. As of 31 March 2025, Q-Line employed 23 R&D professionals, accounting for 7.35% of its permanent workforce. It is also expanding its “Make in India” product portfolio with indigenous diagnostic analysers such as Selectra Pro M, Medonic M20, and Q-Count 5. As of 31 March 2025, the company had 313 permanent employees.
